We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Midcentury Table Works. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions described below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Please contact us at midcenturytableworks@gmail.com before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Products that are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, such as furniture manufactured according to customer-requested custom dimensions, configurations, colors, finishes, or other individual specifications, may not be eligible for return or cancellation where permitted by applicable law.
A product is not automatically considered personalized merely because it is produced after an order is placed.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
EU / EEA CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Certain products, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law permits.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of:
* The product
* The damaged or defective area
* The outer and inner packaging
* The shipping label
Please keep the product and all packaging materials until we have reviewed the issue.
After reviewing the information, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us before arranging a return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your order.
For voluntary returns that are not caused by damage, defect, incorrect goods, or an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, where permitted by applicable law.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us before arranging shipment so that we can determine the appropriate solution.
Please do not return products to the address shown on our website unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
REFUNDS

Because many of our products enter production after an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes after production has started.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
